My name is Peter Saydak and I’m a web designer and online marketing expert.

I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major of Marketing and International Business from the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba. I also spent a semester studying at the Singapore Management University.

After graduation I worked briefly for a marketing research company then worked for 4 years with a group of 7 automotive dealerships where I managed their websites, CRM system and all of their marketing and advertising.

Since then I’ve been doing a mix of freelance work as well as working on several of my own websites and projects.

My hobbies include martial arts (mainly Choy Li Fut and Tai Chi), origami, playing Go, hiking and traveling around the world.

I’ve lived in Canada, China (literally on the border across the Yalu River from North Korea), Singapore and Zambia. I worked two summers as a Border Services Officer with the Canada Border Services Agency and have Secret-Level Clearance with the Canadian government.

Web Design

I only build new websites using WordPress but if you have an existing site and need my help with it I can also work with SquareSpace, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Weebly or pretty much anything.

Email Marketing

I can help you set up email campaigns, newsletters and automations using Mailchimp, Active Campaign, Keap, Constant Contact, Aweber, Klaviyo, ConvertKit and more.

Graphic Design

I’m an expert with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and can create advertisements, flyers, brochures, signage and other print products.

PPC Advertising

I can set up PPC ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads as well as social media advertising campaigns on sites like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Twitter.

Landing Pages & Funnels

I typically like to build funnels or landing pages directly on a WordPress website but I can also use platforms like Click Funnels, Leadpages or Kajabi.

eCommerce

I build WooCommerce shops all the time but if you have an existing shop on a platform like Shopify I can work with that as well. I’m also familiar with plugins like WooFunnels, WooCommerce Subscriptions and WooCommerce Memberships.

Membership & Course Websites

I’ve built several membership and course websites using plugins such as WooCommerce Memberships, Memberium, Paid Memberships Pro and Learn Dash. I can also work with platforms such as Kajabi.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

I can help you put together an SEO strategy, do keyword research, optimize your website and help a bit with link building (where all your SEO rankings really come from). SEO gets expensive and complicated really fast though and there are no guarantees so I typically don’t recommend most people invest heavily into this now.

Miscellaneous Work

I can do all sorts of other work such as light video or audio editing, podcast production, book publishing, and setting up social media profiles or Google business pages. If you use a platform or need help with something not listed here let me know because I can probably figure it out.

Working with me is pretty easy. For miscellaneous work just send me an email if you need something and as long as it’s not a huge project I can usually get it done within 24 hours. I’m quite efficient and clients tell me all the time how impressed they are with how fast I get things done.

I just track my hours and send an invoice at the end of the month. My hourly rate is $50 USD.

For websites I charge a per-project fee based on how much work it’ll be after I review the plan and all the site content. Every project is different but a rough estimate you can use is $1000 USD plus $200 USD per page. So for example a 5 page site with something like a home page, services page, about page, testimonials page and contact page would probably be around $2000 USD.
