This fractal uses a formula called “Suite: Locria” from tma2.ufm. For the outside colour algorithm almost all 6 layers use “Doodads” from ldm.ucl with a final “Truchet FBM” (from sam.ucl) layer on top for the texture. This image is 100% created with Ultra Fractal.
